St Luke's Hospital Kitchen - Elite Standard for Food Hygiene once again

We are delighted to announce that St Luke's Hospital Catering Kitchen has been awarded the highest level of Elite Status for its food hygiene standards.

Food plays a very important part of life here at St Luke's - providing the fuel for recovery, nutrition to support the wellbeing of our patients and residents, and of course, the social opportunities for people enjoying food together.

Scores on the Doors publish ratings from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) on how clean businesses are according to hygiene inspector reports.  The FSA now has an 'elite' tier award, which rewards businesses that have maintained a five-star hygiene rating through at least three inspections. We are delighted that our kitchen and catering operation has excelled once again to gain another Elite Award for our food hygiene standards.
