Nikki May has been appointed as the new Chief Executive of St Luke's Hospital

Nikki brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the private, public, and charity sectors. Over the last 10 years, she has held a range of senior leadership positions within healthcare, leading organisations and teams through improvement, transformation, and sustainable growth. Prior to this, she spent 10 years working in education and training services, supporting workforce development and helping individuals and organisations achieve their full potential.

Nikki's commitment to care was inspired by her early career as a support worker, and throughout her career she has remained focused on making a positive difference to people's lives. Her diverse experience across multiple sectors has provided her with a broad perspective on delivering high-quality services, developing people, and driving organisational excellence.
