We are very privilaged to be called home for many talented and creative people here at St Luke's Hospital. Boioks have been written by residents during their time here and you should see some of the masterpieces that come from the Activities Room!

We are delighted to announce that we have a very special book available for sale at our Reception. Death at Steepside, a murder mystery set in 1954 on the Isle of Purbeck, could be the summer book you have been looking for.

Written by the very talented Richard M Mattick, the book has been dedicated to the memory of Doreen May Ray (1913 – 2017) and to the staff at St Luke’s, who cared for her.

Proceeds of the sale of this book will be donated to the St Luke’s Staff Fund, available at our Reception. Price is £10.00. If you cannot make it into the Hospital to pick up your copy, please contact our team on 01865 228800 to order a copy There will be a charge of £6.00 to cover postage and packing.
