At St Luke's Hospital we welcome visitors from all walks of life. None so more than our latest visitors that joined our residents. On Friday, some of our residents were treated to a special visit made by a chicken and a dog. Yes, that's right. We welcomed two lovely companion animals into the Hospital to learn all about their extraordinary friendship.

Sophie who is the owner of Cutie and Choupette told us the story of how a chicken and a dog became best friends.  Sophie has looked after Cutie from the time she was a little egg. Once hatched, she discovered that Cutie loved being with people more than with other chickens.  Cutie was soon joined by Choupette, a special little dog. The two companion animals came to visit us for our Easter Bonnet parade.  Cutie and Choupette were so calm and loved being cuddled by residents, as the photos show!
